1. What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?

Excludes weekends and holidays.
Please give 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed for your package to ship.
Most items ship in 3 to 4 days after your order is placed. Some items are special order and can take 2 to 3 weeks to ship. Please allow
time for these items. Packaging and Gift bags products can take 2 to 3 after your order is placed.
Arrival time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may vary. Some zip codes in the continental U.S.
may also require extra time; if your shipment address will require extra delivery time we will notify you in a email to you.
Will ship U.S. Postal Service if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

2. How are my shipping charges calculated?
All shipping methods are shipped by FedEx or USPS and are calculated based on weight and destination.
Actual shipping costs can be viewed in your cart under *Total may not include tax or shipping (Edit Your Billing Information Here)

To ensure that your packages are shipped in the most efficient manner, we use FedEx.
We take into account the weight of the packages, box size and their destination.
Most items ship in 3 to 4 days after your order is placed. Some items are special order and can take 2 to 3 weeks to ship.
Please allow time for these items. Packaging and Gift bags products can take 2 to 3 days to ship.

3. Can I ship part of my order to a different addresses?

We apologize, but we no longer offer this service. You will need to place separate orders when shipping items to multiple addresses.

We apologize, but we no longer offer this service. You will need to place separate orders when shipping items using multiple
shipping methods.

5. How long does my package take to arrive at its destination?
The total delivery time equals the shipping time plus transit time. Shipping time is the number of days it takes to process and ship the order.
Orders that include shipments shipped directly from our distribution centers, normally ship in 2 to 3 business day
(excludes weekends and holidays).

The shipping time for orders that include shipments shipping directly from our suppliers or merchant partners vary, the shipping time can be
found on each individual product page.

Transit time is dependent upon the shipping method selected. We offer FedEx to ensure our customers can get their order quickly delivered.

6. Do we service international destinations?
Where Do We Ship:
We ship to the 48 contiguous states addresses by FedEx.
For APO/FPO: Please use USPS Priority Mail to have it ship to the APO/FPO destination.
We ship to rural route addresses. We do not ship to Private P.O. Boxes.

Orders To:  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and  APO/FPO destination. 
Most Orders ship in 3 to 4 business days from the day after you place your order, give a extra day if your order was placed on a Holiday, Friday
or weekend. Business days for shipping are Mondays thru Friday. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Please use USPS Priority Mail.

Out of the Country Orders Shipping to  Canada by FedEx
Duties, customs, taxes, brokerage fees. The client is responsible for duties and other customs fees and taxes due to international shipments.
Contact your country's customs department to determine your final costs. Upon delivery, the recipient may have to pay duties and other customs
fees. We are not legally responsible for and do not pay these fees.

7. What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories?
We offer one shipping method for packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, delivery times may vary significantly
from indicated times. Please use USPS Priority Mail for these states.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories for items shipped directly from our suppliers
(Direct Ship from Supplier).

8. What if I have an APO or FPO address?
One shipping method is available to APO and FPO addresses. Please use USPS Priority Mail for APO and FPO addresses.
However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses for items shipped directly from our suppliers (Direct Ship from Supplier).
We do not ship to private P.O Boxes at this time. Please select USPS Priority Mail for APO or FPO addresses.

9. What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Private P.O. Boxes. We will ship to a Rural Route or a USPS Box.

10. Do we ship to Canada?
Duties, customs, taxes, brokerage fees. The client is responsible for duties and other customs fees and taxes due to international shipments.

fees. We are not legally responsible for and do not pay these fees. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Private P.O. Boxes in Canada.
It must be physical business or home address.




11. Can I choose a certain shipping method for my merchandise?

We use 2 services to delivery packages, we use FedEx, and the US Postal Service Priority Mail for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and
APO and FPO addresses. Unfortunately, there is no way for customers to request a specific shipper.
you can choose service selected (Standard, Home, Business and 1 Day or 2 Day delivery

Return Policy:

We have a 7 business day return policy of receipt of the shipment delivered to you.
Unless an item is not returnable as stated on the product page.

A return authorization number must be requested within the 5 business days of receipt of the shipment and the return authorization number will
be valid for 5 business days from the date of issue. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and including back to us, unless on a
mistake on our part. 

Repack the product in the original packing materials if you have them.
Print on the box the return authorization number we gave you. You will receive a credit to your credit card for the items returned after we receive
the item(s) and they have been inspected.

We can not give a credit if the merchandise has been used, cut, damaged or lost in transit back to us. 

Please insure your item(s) in case of lose in shipping back to us or the Merchant you purchased your item from.
No returns without a prior authorization from Beehives Co-Op will be accepted.
Any shortages or damages claims must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned merchandise unless on a mistake on our part, than a restocking fee is not charged.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and back and can not be refunded. If you ship an order back to us with out a return
authorization number. Your package or package's will not be accepted and refused and sent back to you.
